This project was a collaboration between Racine County Youth in Governance and the Marketing Department.  The young adults from Youth in Governance is responsible to develop an end of the semester project relating to their time as a Youth in Governance members.  This group wanted to create a recruitment video to encourage more young adults to get involved.  The youth members were assigned to video tape and capture audio while the Marketing Department was given the task to edit the video.
